Hi Michelle - I just wanted to send you and Ike a letter of appreciation for your guidance and professionalism in helping me build my new home in Sylvan Lake.

It's been one year since I moved into my home and I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the Nelson Home package.

When I refer to the Nelson "package" - I'm really talking about the entire building experience, starting with the custom design phase through materials ordering, delivery and set up.

Michelle - I really appreciated the many times you met with me, both at your office and at the building site as we initiated the building design. I'm especially appreciative of your professionalism and patience with the many changes requested as we finalized the design package. Your suggestions on design and colour choices were especially helpful.

Although I've been involved in building 13 previous homes, this is the first time I went with a "home package" plan. Although I had initial reservations, the Nelson package proved superior in terms of delivery and product quality. I'm still amazed at how well the package came together. Many of the sub-trades also commented on the quality of materials and construction.

Ike - I can't thank you enough for your guidance as I set the foundation walls in preparation for the home package, and for the actual building of the house itself. The weather was truly lousy, yet you and your team built the house as if it were your own.

I will continue to recommend Nelson Homes, and especially the two of you, to anyone who indicates a plan to build their own home. Thanks again.
